Declaration and Sign-Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been prepared in alignment with PPN 06/21, the NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap, and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.

Reporting for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions will follow SECR requirements, and Scope 3 emissions will be calculated in accordance with the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard and the mandatory categories set out under PPN 06/21.
